On our platform, we support DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet for e-wallet deposits, plus virtual-account transfers through mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. You can register multiple payment methods, and we'll display them all in this section.
When you first deposit on erek kunci, we save that payment method automatically. If you want to add a second method—for example, if you normally use mobile banking but want to add local payment as backup—click "Add Payment Method" in the Payment Methods section. Select the payment type, enter any required details, and confirm. Your new payment method will appear in the list within moments.
You can also delete or deactivate old payment methods from this section. For security reasons, we only allow withdrawals to payment methods that match the name on your account. If your online payment account is under a different name than your erek kunci account, we'll flag it and prevent withdrawals to that method until it's corrected. Contact our support team if you need to update your payment method details.
Security and Account Protection
The Security section of your erek kunci account settings contains features to protect your funds and personal data. Here you can update your password, set up two-factor authentication (if available), review your login history, and manage trusted devices.
Password Management
Your password is your first line of defense against unauthorized access. You can also view and manage your trusted devices. If you've logged in on a device before, erek kunci remembers it. On subsequent logins from that device, you may not need to enter a verification code. If you want to remove a device from your trusted list (for example, if you've sold your old phone), you can do so from the Security section.

Your account verification status appears in the Settings dashboard. On erek kunci, verification happens in stages. First, you verify your email by clicking a link we send you.
